This flexible canon works in two, three, or four parts providing an opportunity to explore the concept of part-singing in different ways at different grades. Start with singing and movement accompanied by Orff ensemble. Extend the learning by transferring the melody to barred percussion. Your classroom teachers will appreciate the connection with their social studies curriculum.

ObjectivesStudents will sing and move in four-part canon with instrumental accompaniment.

During Your Prep• Download and print the Seven Continents Map
