Intelligence

Why Listen To Me? Naval Aviator with 21 years in

military Retiring soon, actively looking

at next step Setting up my own consultancy,

how do I do this in the fastest way possible???

Why Should YOU Care? Military=skills, commitment,

experience, team mentality Military=high unemployment!!! How do we use our vets better?

• LESS than 1% of the population serves• We come from the top 25% of our

graduating classes• We understand teamwork, service,

and commitment• We do jobs nobody else wants—WELL!• We still have TWICE the

unemployment rate of our peers

Our Core Team

• This process is time consuming and personal!!!

• And I’d spent my adult life in the military, so my organization looks…militant!• My team has high integrity• Deep commitment• Action oriented• And goal focused

•But the military DID teach me wrong…

Some challenges along the way…

What I was trained to ask for, what I really wanted…

The Infantry Battalion The Special Forces A-Team

• This is actually doable!!!• BUT, current technology only makes this process harder (too much information REALLY IS too much!)

• So we have to think differently• Once we have a new paradigm, our networks work for us again!

• Success is achievable, every day!
