1. The Fee, as prescribed above shall be deposited by the Heads of the Affiliated Institutions of eligible candidates in the shape of Bank slip to be obtained from the concerned BOSE Office, and deposited in the designated Branches of the Jammu & Kashmir Bank.2. The Heads of the Affiliated Institutions are instructed to submit the Enrolment statement alongwith forwarding letter in the respective Sub/Branch Offices through their authorized representative. The letter must indicate the (subjectwise) no. of candidates enrolled and description of the Fee deposited in the Bank.

Note: All Heads of the Institutions shall collect the Marks certificates of the concerned candidates, after declaration of result,from the concerned Board Office. Two days preparation time for first two count of S.No.1 (I&II) are allowed to the Institution for completion and submission of Fee/Enrolment in the respective Sub/Branch Office of the BOSE including Divisional Office, Jammu.In case the last date falls on holiday the next working day shall be considered as last date.
