About Me:I have been teaching 6th grade
ELA for 3 years in Dallas ISD. On my campus I am also the Female Student Advocate for grades 6-8th.
I possess a Master’s in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University and a Texas state teaching certification in ELA/Reading 4-8 grades. I am also a Texas State Certified School Counselor.
I have 2 sons and have been married to my college sweetheart for 8.5 years.
Our Mission:

What Do Counselors Do?
• Counsels students individually and in small groups
• Responds to students in crisis • Teaches students self-help, coping
, conflict-resolution, stress relief, anger management, and social skills
• Consults with teachers, administrators, and parents to support academic success and individual students needs
• Student Advocate• Coordinates school wide activities• Refers and links students and
families with community resources• Teaches Guidance lessons in the
classrooms
How Can I Help You?
In individual and/or group counseling, students:

Referral for Counseling Services:
