• Metro Sao Paulo have been using ABI systems since 2002 • There are 8 BoardMasters and 2 RevEng systems in use distributed in 2 locations• Operate 140 trains that transport 4.5Million people / day• £3Million in savings achieved in the last 4 years by doing the repair in-house of breaking, propulsion and traction systems using the BoardMaster• Trains availability increased from 85 to 99.7% in the same period• Overall repair cost reduction of 85% of a typical PCB that used to be repaired by the OEM • Number of service technicians and engineers increased from 30 to 100 due to success • Investing in 11 BoardMasters in 2012
