SCOPE
This international standard describes a strategy for accessing and
interpreting the risk of physiological constrains, or of discomfort,
while working in a given climatic environment.
It is applicable in any working situation with steady or varyingconditions of the climate, metabolic rate or clothing.
This international standard does not describe a single procedure ,
but a strategy in three stages that can be used successively to gain
deeper insight in the working condition, as it is needed to draw themost appropriate conclusions about the risk involved and identify
the best controls and prevention measures .

ISO 11399
The purpose of this International Standard is to specify information
which will allow the correct, effective and practical use of InternationalStandards concerned with the ergonomics of the thermal environment.
ISO 7933
Which deals with thermal stress in condition s likely to lead to excessive
sweat loss or core temperature . It also enables required modifications tobe identified such that the threat of thermal strain is eliminated.
Allowable exposure times can also be specified using the standard.
ISO 7730
The purpose is provide the method for predicting thermal sensations indifferent environments and for specifying thermal conditions that will be
percieved as comfortable
