Emotional Intelligence is a type of social intelligence that involves the ability to monitor one’s own intelligence related to emotions and also respect other people’s emotions and use this information to guide one’s thinking and action.

What is an Emotion?

A moving of the mind or soul;

Excitement of the feelings,

Pleasing or painful;

Disturbance or agitation of mind caused by a

specific exciting cause and manifested by

some sensible effect on the body.

Emotional Intelligence is a combination of INTER PERSONAL and INTRA PERSONAL INTELLIGENCE.

Happiness

• Happiness is a positive emotion. It is an expression of pleasure, contentment, good-luck or good fortune.
