In 2007, following the need of a better projects governance, a Corporate Contract & Project

Management Organization was established in Comau to:

Manage multi-national projects with the right empowering and visibility

Harmonize Project Management rules and tools worldwide

Manage Projects Portfolio

Allow experiences flow between different Countries and Businesses

Comau started the transition from a centric-multiclustered model to a
