PMO benefit and functions
10
2007: PMO year zero
In 2007, following the need of a better projects governance, a Corporate Contract & Project
Management Organization was established in Comau to:
Manage multi-national projects with the right empowering and visibility
Harmonize Project Management rules and tools worldwide
Manage Projects Portfolio
Allow experiences flow between different Countries and Businesses
Comau started the transition from a centric-multiclustered model to a
collaborative-networked model
