ONLINE REGISTRATION OPENS JULY 13

HOLMES COUNTY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT

If you need ActiveParent account information, send the following items via email or text message to supportactiveparent@holmessccsd.org or 662-633-2454:

1. Picture of a current driver’s license or State issued I.D.

2. Full name of student and the school they will attend.

If you are missing documentation, you will be contacted by someone from the school your child will attend.

Two proofs of residency (e.g., apartment/home lease, utility bills, driver’s license)

Immunization Record Form 121 for incoming 7th grade students

Registration Requirements

Existing Students: Students who were enrolled through May 22 and who will return for the 2020-2021 school year

The online registration form can be accessed in Active Parent by clicking on the pencil/paper icon located in the top right hand corner of the home page next to your child's name.  If you have multiple children in the District, you are required to complete an application for each child.
