Conquering Insomnia40% of adults report suffering from insomnia on a regular basis. However,
despite its prevalence, there is almost no funding for insomnia research and little is taught in medical schools about how to treat it. As a result, Western medicine typically sees only two ways to deal with the issue-sleeping pills or living with it. But there is more that can be done. This class explores behavioural modification techniques and alternatives such as acupressure, ear seeds, and breathing techniques to conquer insomnia and change your life.
