●In comparison with the conventional hydraulic machines, it achievesfaster injection velocity and quicker injection response.
●"Excellent stability in ultra-low velocity/pressure range," which is difficultto achieve with the hydraulic machines, has been materialized.
●It achieves "high-pressure + long-sustained" injection holdingpressure performance, which is difficult to achieve with theelectric machines. 100% holding pressure can be sustained for 60seconds.
Injection Performance Advancement by X-Pump
●Wide platen and long clamping stroke make it effective for molding largerproducts and mounting thick molds (hot runner, deep well, and threeplate). ●It is easy to configure low (optimum) clamping force and is effective forconserving energy, prolonging the life of machine and mold, andmeasuring defects, such as gas vent issue and short shot. ●It is a complex clamping type, its motion is continuous from high speedclamping to high pressure clamping, and there is no lag time forswitchover. It materializes high-cycle and stable molding with its smoothmold open/close motions. ●The structural analysisby finite element methodhas been conductedwhen we designed thestationary and movableplatens, and it maintainshigh machine precisionand rigidity for a longtime.
Since the servomotor in X-Pump system rotates at required speed onlywhen it is necessary, it is extremely efficient. In comparison with theconventional hydraulic machines, its motor consumes approximately 45%less energy.

PQ Manager is a software package that collects and analyzesquality/production information up to 50 molding machines with oneserver. It handles versatile applications, ranging from the qualityanalysis of one machine to the cluster management of multiplemachines. TACT-equipped machines can be directly connectedto the server via LAN.
●CPN3 (clamping compression molding): This is a method to perform clamping and filling simultaneously. This is effective to reduce product's stress and ensures smoother gas ventilation.
●MIP0 (process inside mold): Ejector motion during clamping allows gate cutting and partial compression of the product.
