BEING MUMBAIKARMumbai is a huge city with several district articles containing sightseeing, restaurant, nightlife and accommodation listings have a look at each of them.

The Gatewate of India is the most recognizable symbol of the city. It was built to commemorate the visit of the British Monarch King George V to India in 1911.

Marine Drive is a 4.3-kilometre-long in South Mumbai in the city of Mumbai. It is a 'C'-shaped six-lane concrete road along the coast, which is a natural bay. The official name for this road, though rarely used, is Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road.

famous for the sprawling Juhu beach. In the nineteenth century, Juhu was an island.

•Aksa Beach is a popular beach and a vacation spot in Aksa village at Malad. It is a popular weekend destination with

youngsters.•Dana_paani is not much popular beach

but its is a silence place.

•Dahi Handis an Indian festival, celebrated every August/September, that involves making a human pyramid and breaking an earthen pot filled with curd tied at a convenient height. •  It is part of the main festival Gokulashtami .• A participant in this festival is called ar govinda pathak.

• The Sanjay Gandhi National Park is an oasis amongst the city concrete. Its lush greenery extends for 104 square kilometers (65 square miles) and includes more than 100 ancient hand-carved Buddhist caves, a tiger sanctuary, tiger and lion safaris, a recreational zone for the kids, and cottages and camping facilities. 

Haji Ali Dargah

 HAJI ALI DARGAH•The Haji Ali Dargah is a mosque and dargah located on an islet off the coast of Worli in the Southern part of Mumbai.•The Haji Ali Dargah was constructed in 1431

memory of a wealthy Muslim merchant,.•Sayyed Peer Haji Ali Shah Bukhari, who gave up all his worldly possessions before making a pilgrimage to Mecca.
