Evaluation of External Recruitment

Advantages• New skills, new talents and new

experiences• Scope for resentment, heartburn and

jealousy can be avoided• Compliance with reservation policy

becomes easy.

Disadvantages• Better morale and motivation associated

with internal recruiting is denied to the company.

• It is costly• Chances of Creeping in false positive and

false negative errors.• Adjustment of new employee takes time.
