MagnaServ Parts and ServiceMagnaServ maintains an inventory of $5.8 Million in replacement parts positioned strategically in our 5 regional warehouses.
MagnaServ parts are available at a 65-75% discount from OEM exchange prices and now come with a 60 day warrantee. This applies to both new and refurbished parts.
Our parts are tested in 4 staging and test bays for MRI and CT located in Stuart, FL. If a part is ever DOA upon delivery, MagnaServ will give you your next part ordered for Free!

In the spirit of continuous improvement and response to customer requirementsMagnaServ initiated the following Operational improvements.
MagnaServ Remote Diagnostic Features Include:
– Remote log in for error detection and analysis, image quality assurance. You would provide MagnaServ a log-in and MagnaServ provides the hardware/software, reading/monitoring and analysis.
– Environmental System Protection……..24x7 remote monitoring to ensure your system is operating per GE specifications. Temperature, humidity, power, water flow, chiller with immediate failure alerts via phone, e-mail, fax, etc.
– 24x7 remote magnet monitoring and cryogen readings. This allows Magnaserv to customize alerts and maximize your uptime.

MagnaServ is committed to keeping your MRI and CT systems performing at OEM performance specifications. Our Field Service Engineers are all highly trained MRI and CT service veterans from OEM medical service organizations. Many with over 15 years in the industry.

The MagnaServ Difference
In the event uptime is below 97% for any two consecutive months during contracted hours (equipment unable to perform clinical procedures due to unscheduled equipment malfunction which must not have been caused by excluded circumstances) the following table of credits shall be applicable to the next months service billing. Note: the two monthly periods shall be averaged to determine credit due.

In the event uptime is below 90% for two consecutive months, Customer may elect to cancel this Agreement in lieu of credit with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event customer fails to exercise such right of cancellation within thirty (30) days of the accrual of such right, it may not do so thereafter. Uptime is calculated on a 24 hours per day by 7 days per week basis.
We cap our engineers at the number of systems we assign to
them at nine (9) systems. This compares with the OEM
coverage model of twenty-two (22) systems per engineer with
another twenty-two (22) systems they are backup support on.

MagnaServ After Hours PM’sStandard MagnaServ MRI and CT Service Contracts include Twelve (12) PM’s per year always performed after your working hours.
This deviates radically from standard OEM and other third party ISO service models that perform Quarterly PM’s during your hours of operation.
Monthly service on a scanner allows us to head off issues before they result in down time. Doing PM’s after hours keeps us from shutting down your system and costing you revenue.
