• The system allows registered users to participate in forumdiscussions, post blogs and access knowledge bank/library

• The system has What’s New, News, Message from PD, BestPractices sections available on Home Page and can beupdated if required

• The system has facilities like Forums, Blogs, Wikis,Knowledge Bank that are Administrator moderated.

• The system also has facility of ‘Ask an Expert’ or ‘Share anIdea’
