Opportunities:o The natural elements like

trees, water bodies, river, plateaus provide enough set off points to be worked with architectural expression.

o The agricultural activities have potential to provide an incentive for experimentation with cultivating food.

o Availability of the surrounding areas if expansion needs to be done.

Strengths:o Comfortable climateo Areas suitable for constructiono River front of the site has potential

to be developed as areas for self-reflection and areas for recreation.

Weaknesses:o Accessibility limited to private modes

of transporto Growth of Nashik city may consume

the surrounding farmland.

Threats: o Pollution of the river in the

course of urbanization of Nashik City.

o Present threat of global climate change, the climate of Nashik may not remain comfortable in the future.
