I. INTRODUCTION

• Sandoricum koetjape (santol or cottonfruit) is a tropical fruit grown in Southeast Asia.

• It is round with juicy and as big as a big apple in sized.

• Inside the santol fruit there is a white juicy tissue approximately 3 to 5 brown seeds. The seeds are up to 2 cm long in size.

II. INGREDIENTS

A.Ground fruit meat of santol or cotton fruit(1/4 kg)

B. a. Garlic (2 tsp.)b. Seasoning/MSG(1tspc. Salt(2 tsp.)d. Ground black

pepper(1tsp)

C. a.Lumpia wrapperb. 2-3 fresh eggs

III. EQUIPMENTS

A. Measuring

spoons Measuring cups Mixing bowl Plastic boxes

B. • Plastic gloves• Apron• Hairnet• mask

IV. PROCEDURE

1. Select good quality raw materials. Add the MSG/seasoning.

2. Add the salt.

3. Add the chopped onion.

4. Add the ground black pepper.

5. Add the 2 fresh eggs.

6. Mix well until tacky.

7.Wrap in lumpia wrapper using 1 tsp.

8. Store in freezer.

9.Fry and enjoy!.
