Physical-punching, slapping, poking

Types of Bullying

● Stand up for the victim

● Get involved with anti bullying groups

● To protect yourself from becoming a bully or being bullied, treat everyone with respect

The Food GuideThe Canadian food guide is designed to tell people how many servings of the four food groups that they need to eat to stay healthy. The groups are:● Dairy● Grains● Meat/Alternatives● Vegetables/Fruits

The food guide is a great thing to follow to stay healthy

And go for foods such as:● Fresh Fruit● Water● Vegetables
