1 Corinthians 15:43
“Our bodies are buried in brokenness, but
they will be raised in glory. They are buried in weakness, but they will be raised in strength.”
In order to transform our
weakness into strength, the
weaknesses must be buried.
Gideon was weak an
insignificant. He had no valor
and was rejected by all. But
the Word of God was so
powerful, that it
transformed all his
circumstances.
The LORD said “mighty hero” to someone who had lost the strength to conquer when his family was rejected.
It was hard to believe that the Lord could be speaking to someone without courage to confront such a large foe.
What helped Gideon to see the words of angel fulfilled?
He believed
He accepted them with
all his heart When someone accepts the Word with all his/her
heart, a miracletakes place.God has decreed that those whom
He sends have His support. We have been sent by the Lord.
