According to the research,

there is around 30% of Malaysians suff er in fi rst killer disease.

This percent increases from year to year.

Nowadays, obesity is become more serious and increased compared to before. Malaysia has the highest obesity rate in Southeast Asia and ranks sixth in Asia-Pacific region.

Obesity is an excess of body fat that frequently results in a significant impairment of health.

That are TWO factors which are :

Using BMI (Body Mass Index) we can calculate and know which range we are.

Underweight

<18.5

Normal 18.5-24.9

Overweight

25-29.9

Obesity >30
