Utilization-Focused Reporting Principles!
• Be intentional about reporting, that is, know the purpose of a report and stay true to that purpose.
• Stay user-focused: Focus the report on the priorities of intended users.
• Organize and present findings to facilitate understanding and interpretation.
• Avoid surprising primary stakeholders. • Prepare users to engage with and learn from “negative
findings.” • Distinguish dissemination from use.
