THE DETAILS: • Organizational Premium requirements may come from any combination of personal and organizational sales.

• Personal Premium includes only personal sales.

• Newassociatemustsignin/outwhentheyattendalive3-hourFastStartclasswithintheirfirst45days.

• IfthereisnoFastStartTrainingclasswithin50milesofyourhomewithinyourfirst45days,youmayrequesttotakethe virtual class. This option is also available for associates who meet certain criteria (such as a medical condition) for not being able to attend a live class. Other associates must attend a live class. The request form can be found at LSEngage.com.Todownload,select“TrainingResources”underthe“Resources”tab.

• RecruitingassociatemusthaveapreviousmonthendpersonalororganizationalPerformanceClubretentionrateof77% or higher to receive full matching bonus. A Performance Club retention rate of 65-76.99% will pay 75% of bonus amounts stated.

• $60premiumforFastStartqualificationcannotincludepre-paidcreditcards.Ifthe$60premiumrequirementismetwithpre-paidcreditcards,anybonusduetotheFastStartqualifierandtheiruplinewillbeheldfor7daystoallowtheassociatetomakeupanydeficit.

• Associates are not required to Fast Start qualify to earn the Manager bonus; either or both bonuses may be earned.

• Allbonuseswillbeheldfor7businessdaysonceearnedtoverifythatallbankinginformationiscorrect.

• Bonuses will be paid via commission adjustment and will be impacted by any advance recovery.

• Thematchingbonusispaidtotherecruitingassociate,whichisdefinedastheplacingassociate,ifapplicable,orimmediate sponsor if not placed.

• Associates that Fast $tart qualify but do not attend class will earn a $100 bonus with $100 matching bonus to the recruiting associate.

• ToadvancetoSr.Associateoutsideofyourfirst20dayswillrequire$90PersonalPremium+1FastStartAssociateor $180 Personal Premium

• Fast $tart to Manager requires 3 Associate legs + $400 Organizational Premium or $400 Personal Premium
