General Meeting’s approval the net profit distribution for the 2015 financial exercise, as follows:

Other reserves, lei 27,539,094

Dividends, lei 36,316,643

Gross dividend per share, lei 0.045

Distributable dividends ratio, % 56,87%

The administration company’s proposal provides investors a competitive return on investment,
