Pizza: Only offered large pizzas and pizza by the slice. Reduced some of the toppings available.

Hot Dogs: Obtained a rollo‐grill and offered 1/4lb Beef and Polish Hot Dogs.

Salads/Sandwiches:  Reduced the variety but maintained a few menu items that were the healthy option.

Desserts:  Added cotton candy and Dreyer’s Ice Cream Novelties (Dibs, Nestles Crunch). Testing 

fried dessert (i.e. deep fried Twinkie, Oreo, candy bars) and dessert Pizza.

Layout Changes: Relocated condiment area away from front counter Removed one Icee machine Included queuing to help with customer  flow Food merchandisers (Churro, Pretzel and Pizza) moved to front counter Built new counter, creating additional work area and display space.

Menu Board: Installed digital menu board. Recently completed new graphic design

Self Serve Icee:  Implemented this concept with new 4‐barrell Icee machine.

Souvenir Beverage Containers:  Utilized both a 32 oz refillable plastic sport bottle for soft drinks, and a clear Yard  Cup for 

Icee’s.
