Status

The Status screen is an area where the user checks his or hers current status, and sets quick appointments.

Live Tiles

The contacts group helps you find your friends in a fast and practical way

Callvenient’s Live Tile turns red when the user is Busy.

Contact Detail

Marking your contact as an exception, he will no longer be noti�ed when you are busy and will automatically call you.

When you have scheduled calls for the contact, they will be listed here in chronological order.

These are the main actions for the contact, you can call via Skype, e-mail, text, or schedule a call.

Dialer

In the dialer area you can type the number you wanto to dial for or use this number to create a new contact or schedule a call.

Here your contacts get �ltered based on the number your are typing in the dialer and, with a tap in any of them, the call will be made.

This is the same list of scheduled contacts presented in the home.

Busy contact

When the contact you are trying to reach is busy, you will receive this noti�cation that says: the actual appointment making him busy and the time he will be free.

Here are the actions available when you called someone that is busy, you will be able to send a message, schedule a call, leave the subject why you called, or, in the last case, interrupt anyway.

Schedule

When scheduling a call, the user can select the date, time and also the reason for the contact.

Settings

The settings page of Callvenient

To con�gure your accounts synchronization, or sign out of one account, you always can access the Account page.

In this page you can read our privacy policy. One of the requirements to submit the app to the Windows Store

Checking this option, Callvenient will log all your calls made using the app to your calendar

Synchronizing your status will set all your IM’s clients statuses, in all your devices, to busy when Callvenient enters it too

If you mark the option “Ask before setting me as busy” Callvenient will alert you via a Toast Noti�cation every time it will change your Status. With the toast, if you want, you can cancel the status change.

If you want your callers to have a better idea of what you’re doing and so, know-ing better if they can interrupt you, check the “Display my appointments title to my callers” and they will see it when calling you during an appointment.

Share

Use the Share contract to share your appointments with co workers and family.

Known issues

Live ConnectDuring development, sometimes Live service was down and presented instability while returning the user’s calendar information.

Azure ServicesWe found problems in Mobile Service Client while trying to get data with relations from the tables. Maybe because of some inconsistency in the data or for some API problem. Because of that, the pages Schedule Calls, Missed Calls and Exception List might not work properly.

The team realizes some features may not work as proposed yet, but can garantee the whole system will be fully working for the World Finals, including most features announced as “future plans”.
