Ice breaker…..You will be given an A4 sheet of paper

You need to proof read the document and correct any errors.

You have 5 minutes to complete this task.

We will discuss the answers as a group

Home workYou needed to….. Research (or ask around) about what

administrative/reception staff would generally wear to work. Write some information down about what you could do to dress appropriately

Make sure you read the scenario information as this is key to putting them in the right order.

Activity 2 – Different types of documents Work in small group to discuss and make a

list of different documents in the business environment

Be willing to explain any types of documents that people are unsure of

For example; Ensure hair is clean, neat and tidy
