Background. The Kenyan government is seeking to scale up its nascent IT services sector thru development of large scale “technopolis” SEZ in Athi River
Activities. Deloitte conducted a feasibility study of the SEZ project and evaluated potential developer and tenant demand for the project. Key tasks undertaken included:
