Single Family sales

were up 21% from last June

Inventory is down 10% compared to last year but sales are up 25%. There is a shortage of listings.

39% of listings on the market are

under contract. Still an amazing

amount of activity in the market!

The market has peaked already for the year but activity remains

strong.

Total sales are up approximately 25% from last

year. The end of June was a very

busy time for closings.

Even as the market improves there are fewer listings going on

the market.

Boulder County was ranked 10th

in the nation for

appreciation over the

past year.

Boulder County

appreciation compared to U.S. Average.

My View of the MarketOver the first half of the year:

Sales are up 25% compared to last year. The inventory remains low compared to the activity. The shortages in the market were compounded by

the activity, around 40% of the market was under contract for most of the spring.

The conditions were perfect for price stabilization and improvement. Low inventory and high demand.

Boulder County was ranked 10th best in the nation (out of 306 metro areas) in home appreciation.
