GENERAL PROCESS FLOW:
1) Agent Creation
a. Agent will be created by the bank authorized person/CSC having BC login
b. The agent ID will be created by the system
c. The agent will be activated by the branch manager
d. Finger prints of agent will be captured using the biometric device/CSC
2) Terminal Configuration and mapping
a. KIOSK terminal of the agent will be configured by the bank authorized person having BC login
b. The KIOSK terminal will be mapped to the agent ID created
3) Customer Enrolment:
a. Once the agent is mapped to the KIOSK, he can enrol the customers
b. Customer details will be filled and fingerprints will be captured
c. A print of account opening form along with KYC documents of the customer created to be submitted to the branch manager
d. The branch manager will authorize the account on the basis of KYC documents
e. The CIF and account number will be generated after the account is authorized
4) Customer transaction:
a. Customer can login using the CIF/UID for any transaction
b. Customers fingerprints will be verified at the time of login
c. Customer can select the account and then perform any of the below transactions:
i. Money deposit
ii. Money withdrawal
iii. Fund transfer
iv. Mini Statement

VLE Identified for KIOSK
VLE is required to visit the branch
and open an OD account required
for operations on field
CSC agency sends the VLE details
and terminal details to TCS. The
required fields for agent ID
creation is already shared by TCS
VLE will install device drivers
for Cogent/Legend biometric
device
TCS will create and activate
the agent ID in the system
for VLE.
VLE will login using the login
ID and password provided to
him. He is required to change
this password at first login
VLE ready for Customer enrolments and
transactions
TCS will do the
Terminal mapping for
VLE
TCS will provide BC Login to
CSC agency and VLE login
and passwords to VLEs
CSC agency will capture
fingerprints of the VLE using
the BC login provided to them

VLE creates new
customer in case of
customer enrolment
VLE will capture customer
fingerprint using biometric
device and sets the preferred
finger
VLE will fill all the required
customer details and upload
a photo of the customer
VLE will take printout of
Account Opening Form
(AOF), get it signed from the
customer and collect
required KYC documents
from the customer
VLE will login using the login
ID and password provided to
him. He is required to change
this password at first login
VLE ready for Customer enrolments and
transactions
Branch Manager will
provide CIFs and customer
Accounts numbers to VLE
VLE will submit all the AOFs
alongwith their KYC
documents to the
respective branch
Branch Manager will verify the
AOFs and authorize the
accounts
VLE logs on his mapped KIOSK terminal with
Agent ID and password

AGENT CREATION:
The agent will be created by an authorized person having BC login. Agent can be created at the following path UserServices>Add/Update/Delete Agents
All the required details of the agent are suppose to be filled

Please make sure that all the tabs viz. UserInfo, Internet, Address and Parameters are filled

Once all the details are entered, click on Add

AGENT ACTIVATION:
Agent is activated by any branch manager having another BC login. Agent can be activated at the following path UserServices>User Activation
Enter the Agent Id and click on Submit

Once an agent is successfully created, his fingerprints are to be captured using the BC login

AGENT FINGERPRINT CAPTURING:
Click on User services > FP Capture to capture the finger prints of the agent Steps to be followed for capturing the agent fingerprint will be displayed as follows:
1. Click on a finger on the image 2. Click on Capture button 3. Place the finger once light is diplayed on the Scanner 4. Repeat the procedure for the fingers to be captured

After each fingerprint captured, a screen showing SUCCESS Status of the captured fingerprint will be displayed. Click on Continue each time, to continue capturing other fingerprints.

Once all the fingerprints are captured, you will have to select three ‘Preferred fingers’ of your choice.

KIOSK Terminal Configuration:
Click on Channel Configuration> KO Terminal Configuration to configure the KIOSK terminal used by the agent
Fill in the required details like KIOSK Terminal ID, KIOSK Name, Circle Id, Channel Id, and select the type of fingerprint scanner you are using and Click on Add.
To edit already existing terminal, you need to enter the Terminal ID and click on Query

KIOSK Terminal Mapping:
Click on Channel Configuration> Kiosk Terminal Mapping to map the KIOSK terminal to the agent ID of the agent operating that KIOSK
Fill in the required details like KIOSK Terminal ID, Agent ID, Validity period, select the status as Active and Click on Add.

Once the KIOSK terminal is mapped to a particular agent, only that agent is authorized to do enrollments and transactions through the mapped KIOSK.

DO’s and DON’Ts for BC Agents
OD Banks Accounts and Saving Bank Accounts are required before BC Creation
Finger Prints are being used as authentication for BC Agent Verification and Transactions
Operator Rights of KIOSK terminal will be with BC Agent and can not be transferred
Please make sure to collect Finger prints and Photographs of correct person while doing
enrollment
Customer need to stand in upright position while giving photograph
Finger Prints of Customers should be clean and tidy while doing transactions
In case server is not responding while doing transaction, please wait
Offline Transactions are not allowed. Please do not attempt offline transactions
Accounts need to be authorized by bank also. Hence collect all the required documents from the
customer and submit along with the Account Opening Forms at the branch
