where council will vote for or against PILOT.

know that you do not agree with the proposed

AVALONBAY WANTS TO AVOID
PAYING THEIR TAXES FOR
THE NEXT 30 YEARS!There is a program called PILOT (Payment In Lieu Of
Taxes) that AvalonBay wants to force on Roselle Park
in order to avoid paying taxes for developing
apartments at the Romerovski property!
If they paid taxes . . .
they would only pay 16% of their projected profits!
If they paid the maximum allowed for PILOT . . .
they would only pay 15% of their profits!
They want to force Roselle Park to take the smallest
payment allowed by law - only 10% of their profits!!
