Taxes) that AvalonBay wants to force on Roselle Park
in order to avoid paying taxes for developing
apartments at the Romerovski property!
If they paid taxes . . .
they would only pay 16% of their projected profits!
If they paid the maximum allowed for PILOT . . .
they would only pay 15% of their profits!
They want to force Roselle Park to take the smallest
payment allowed by law - only 10% of their profits!!

Taxes) that AvalonBay wants to force on Roselle Park
in order to avoid paying taxes for developing
apartments at the Romerovski property!
If they paid taxes . . .
they would only pay 16% of their projected profits!
If they paid the maximum allowed for PILOT . . .
they would only pay 15% of their profits!
They want to force Roselle Park to take the smallest
payment allowed by law - only 10% of their profits!!
NOT ONE PENNY OF PILOT PAYMENT IS TO GO TO THE SCHOOLS!
