Ho Chi Minh city is a bustling industrious city where the vibe of the Vietnamese modern life is concentrated. Apart from being the economical heart of the country, the city is also its cultural and historical site. Among the hectic metropolitan atmosphere, the spirit of an ancient culture and stunning past can still be felt and traced back in time.

When I went to the kinder garden for the first time, the children were quite surprised to see me and
they were not interacting with me. However, they started hugging me and acting very nicely to me after the second day. To be honest, there were some times that I felt like they were
not listening to me but I was always keeping in mind that they are too small, so it is normal if they cannot concentrate all the time. I was always motivating myself, I would keep on talking in English randomly so they could get used to hearing some English. After the past few weeks when it was the end of my
time in Ho Chi Minh City, I was feeling that I did something to improve their English. The feeling that I have succeeded in
helping them learning English was a really invigorating experience for me. Plus, the teachers and the administration
really helped me a lot and tried to motivate me.

It was a pleasure for me to have an exchange to Vietnam for 6 weeks. I had
unforgettable moments during my stay in Vietnam. Vietnam was epic and wonderful! I made many new friends. Vietnamese are so friendly and fun. During my project, I
did not find any difficulties at all, everything went very well and it was nice
meeting and knowing the kids from kindergarten. They are so cute and
cheerful. The staffs are also kind and welcome us so warmly.

The time in Ho Chi Minh with AIESEC is wonderful!!!
I participated in this teaching program which let me met dozens of super-cute kindergarten kids!!!
We taught them English, Maths and even did some science experiments! During leisure time, AIESECers and all the volunteers would always
hang out. We had city tour, events, games, travelling and a lot of fun stuffs. They are one of the nicest group of people I have ever met! You
will not be disappointed. This is really a unforgettable 6 weeks !! Thank
you AIESEC LC Ho Chi Minh City!
