Waiting Periods – Product Solution

The Practitioner has the ability to define when an employee is eligible to enroll:

• Date of Hire

• First of the Month following Hire Date

• X number of Days following Date of Hire

Dependent Age Limit - Benefit Plan Setting

On the Plan Class Details step, the Practitioner will be able to establish the age limit.

If you are a multi-state employer, you may need to establish multiple plans to allow for differences between the state age limit and federal age limit.

The Practitioner will select when the coverage ends for a Dependent Child who reaches the age limit

FSA Limit

On the FSA Plan set up area, the Practitioner will determine the maximum amount an employee can contribute.

If an employee inputs an amount greater than the $2500 limit, the warning message will appear if the Plan Effective Date is 1/1/2013 or greater
