HÜLYA AYAVHülya Ayav is an Human Resources Consultant with a career in both HR Consulting and Corporate Human Resources. She has good knowledge of HR functions with significant hands-on experience involving recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, training & development, and talent management.Hülya earned her BSc degree in Psychology specialised in Industrial Psychology at Istanbul University in 1999 and her MBA in Human Resources Management at Saint Mary's University (Halifax, Canada) in 2002. During her studies in Canada she worked as an HR consultant at Business Development Center and continued her career in this field in New York between 2002 and 2004 working for the Turkish-American Business Forum and New York State Psychiatric Institute. Upon her return to Turkey, she worked at Göktaş as Human Resources Specialist on a project based until 2005 and developed Orientation Program, Performance Management System, and Training Program. After that she worked as HR Consultant at Institute for Behavioral Studies (DBE) in their Organizational Development Center until the end of 2008. She managed various development projects for Clients in FMCG, Healthcare, Automotive, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Mining, Bottling, and Education. Following this, she took up a position with BASF Chemicals as their Training and Development Lead for Turkey, Middle East and North Africa Region until mid 2011.Her work mainly focuses on growth for individuals and organizations. Hulya also holds a coaching certificate gained at 2007 and combines her HR consulting work with executive coaching. Her expertise and assignments in her both corporate and consultant careers to date include numerous development programmes for competency based selection, assessment and management development application and design, employee/customer satisfaction and engagement studies, 360 degree development systems, competency profiling, psychometric testing, and assessor training for assessment centres. ŞERİKE ÇAVUŞOĞLUŞerike Çavuşoğlu is a Senior Human Resources and Business Consultant with more than 19 years of experience. She has experience in several industries consulting to clients from IT, Telecom, Textiles, Automotive, Insurance, Healthcare, Durable Goods Manufacturing, Construction, Media and Energy. She is an expert in Assessment and Development Centre Applications and design, establishment, re-organization and implementation of HR Processes. Her HR experience includes Competency Models, Salary Management, Performance Appraisal , Career & Succession Planning and Business Process Restructuring. She has started her career in Türk Traktör Factory as Purchasing and Planning Specialist. She then moved to Koç Holding “Organization and Method Department” as a consultant where she implemented "Job Descriptions and Wage System Development" for Arçelik and Bekoteknik and "Efficiency and Organizational Restructuring" project for Tofaş Oto. As a Manager of Human Resources at Vestel Group of Companies she executed Restructuring projects in several Production and Sales & Marketing group companies, determined Human Resources strategies, Selection and Placement, Salary and Bonus, Performance Management, Career Planning and Training. Şerike has established and co-managed Sphere Consulting with her partners in 1999. As a Managing Partner she has delivered many projects to several clients in HR Strategy Formulation, Establishment and Improvement of HR functions, General Re-structuring, 360 Degree Evaluation Systems, Change Management, Competency Management and recruitment services. Şerike then continued her career in Arthur Andersen as a Senior Manager in the HR Consultancy Group responsible in delivering projects for several clients in several HR re-structuring, Establishment of HR processes and HR Outsourcing Services. Between 2004-2011, Şerike acted as a Management Consultant in Establishment of HR Functions with a focus on Competency, Performance Management, Career & Succession Planning and Wage System Development. She also has extensive experience in Assessment & Development System Applications.
