Revise and receive shop drawings from contractors to make sure of complete, high quality and correct drawings are being delivered for a better execution of projects’ works.

Ministry of Presidential Affairs (all buildings inside the ministry façade and outside projects), Abu dhabi The ministry contains the main palace (30 yrs old building), administrative building, services buildings, accommodation buildings, security buildings, visitors building, call centre building, applications building and other rest and administrative small buildings.The job used to be vary between controlling new buildings, renovating offices, renovating services yards and buildings, renewing buildings, and resorting the parking and streets areas inside the whole ministry façade.Controlling from the drawings and designs side used to include vary missions starting from preparing the concept design and as building old drawings, passing through checking and controlling the shop drawings submittals from contractors, ending with receiving and checking as built drawings, and yet many other vary missions such as surveying areas or buildings don’t have drawings, to arrange having MEP, architectural, and decorative as built drawings.And also missions like going to some outside projects and survey and preparing drawings, then preparing concept designs matching the requests submitted by the ministry engineers.

The works mission is to control the whole interior and decorative executing works in these two projects, starting from supervising execution works in site including coordination meetings with the client, consultant and other works’ contractors.And passing through, managing and coordinating manufacturing special designed furniture for the yachts in the manufactory, and coordinating the works between the site and the manufactory.
