Created the title on here, I did research into doing various other fonts/designs however this was the end result. I used effects such as drop shadow and inner shadow to give the title depth.

I adjusted the size of the word 'pictures' to be the same size as the 'G'. This was the moved using the arrows on the keyboard in order for it to be an exact fit.

I created this banner in a separate Photoshop file, it involved getting images of google and cutting/changing the size in order for them to fit in the film reel.

Where the squares in the reel were I used the eraser to make the back of them be white in order for it stand out that it is a film magazine.

This was a specific font I chose, the idea of having gold makes it links to awards etc. I also used a different font so that it wouldn't distract form the title.

Added in the headlines, these were created to fill out the space next to the main image. The colour for the name of the headline matches the banner at the top.

These were separate images (gold stars) of Google which I copy and pasted around a circle, I then deleted the circle in order for there to be a clear round effect. I then added in a text to make it clear that this symbol linked to the images below.

This was a simple shape to add a bit more colour to the right side of the main image, again it gave the cover some depth.

I added this image of the Hollywood sign, I made it look more colourful by editing the layers. I also added a frame around it to make it stand out in contrast to all the other aspect of this cover.

This was created in capitals to stand out, as if it is a 'buzz word' to attract other consumers to the magazine. I used a drop shadow to make it have a different dimension.
