All fees have been indexed by 3.6% and rounded to the nearest dollar or as appropriate.

Additions Community Markets Licence Fee – $55.00 per market Use of community land/ road related area for business purposes $260.00 annual

licence fee for an area up to 10m2. For areas above 10m2 prices are negotiable.Excludes fundraising for charitable purposes eg: raffles, badge sales & fundraisers.Examples include – boot camp, mobile food vans, bicycle hire, outdoor dining,overhanging articles & goods for sale. This has replaced the Outdoor Café Licence.

Use of Community land/road related area for not for profit fundraising purposes - areaup to 10m2 – No Charge. For areas above 10m2 prices are negotiable.

Use of Community land/road related area for business purposes (maximum 72 hours) -$55.00 per event.

Sunday Technician – Goolwa Centenary Hall $44.00 per hour. Posters for Display Cabinet – Goolwa Centenary $66.00 per A1 poster print. Kondoli the Whale Bond - $250.00 (allows for the replacement of parts if required)

Deletions Copies using special paper – no longer possible with photocopying lease. $2.00 account keeping fee for overdue library material. (Lost notices have not been run

since joining the One Card Network in May 2012.) Milang Home Assist Services – No longer managed by Council ACPA Meeting Room Hire with Kitchen – Meeting room is only hired without kitchen. Goolwa Security Card Deposit – The Security card deposit is included in the bond for

hire of Goolwa office facilities. Road Rental – Cemetery Reserve King, was previously $150.00, new owner of

adjacent property no longer requires road lease, and therefore road rental has beencancelled.

Outdoor Café permit per table (Was $70.00 per table) – this fee is obsolete with theaddition of the new fees for Use of Community land/road related area for businesspurposes.

Other Effluent – increases to CED Connection Fees consistent with draft Annual Business

Plan Statutory dog registration fees have increased by 8.33% uniformly, as approved by the

minister on the 08/05/14.
