•  75% of all compensation from your claims is paid to the customers

•  17.5% of all compensation from your customers goes to AirHelp

•  30% of the AirHelp fee is paid in commission to you

•  Compensation from airlines is paid to AirHelp account in €

Customer signs up with AirHelp and allows: 1) You to send email address and name to AirHelp 2) AirHelp to contact them 3) AirHelp to claim compensation on their behalf for all historic and future flights booked via yourselves by signing an electronically POA

Legal documents are prepared and claim is sent to

Compensation is received

Commission is transferred to you with claim report on monthly basis.

Congratulations email to customer. Compensation is

transferred to customer.

Customer receives claim status emails and can also view

Process repeated every month to determine eligible customers
