The PolyJet-SP-2 allows jets of different sizes and interlacing characteristicsto be replaced on the same holder. This allows a quick response to changingmarket trends.

PolyJet-SP-2

Air interlacingIn air interlacing, an air blast is used to mechanically intermingleindividual yarn filaments together. The resulting interlacing knotsprovide the required yarn compactness. This allows higherprocessing speeds, resulting in improved package build and areduced number of filament and yarn breaks during subsequentprocesses.

Jet programPolyJet-SP-2 HNThe PolyJet-SP-2 HN is highly compact. As a result, some jettypes allow very small thread line spacings (as low as 4 mm).High interlacing performance, uniformity, and stability.

PolyJet-SP2 PPThe PolyJet-SP-2 PP is used for gentle interlacing with soft inter-lacing knots. The jet provides a high level of uniformity at low airpressure and can be used for delicate yarns such as acetate orviscose.

PolyJet-SP-2 HN TopAirIn addition to the normal air stream from below, the PolyJet-SP-2HN TopAir has an air stream from above, providing maximuminterlacing performance with a minimum air consumption andallowing very gentle interlacing.
