This refers to the letter of Undersecretary for Health Policy Finance and ResearchDevelopment Cluster relative to Aging of Cash Advance as one of the requirements of thePerformance-Based Bonus for CY 2013. Please see attached.
To comply with the requirement, please submit your report following the enclosed format notlater than November 22,2013 to provide ample time for consolidation. Please take note thatthe report to be submitted shouldbe veriJied by the resident COA auditor as stated in thememorandum.

Aeeing of Cash Advance Certification for the Performance BasedBonus (PBB) 2013

We would like to request the assistance of Finance Seruice to kindly facilitate the complianceof the DOH on the liquidation of cash advance through the report on ageing of cash aclvance,which is a requirement of the Perfonnance-Based Bonus for 2013.
Furthermore, we would like to request the Finance Service to facilitate the consolidation ofreports on ageing of cash advance from the CHDs and hospitals and the submission of thereport to the COA Head Office. The AO25 secretariat explained that the report on ageing ofcash advance should be "verified first by the resident COA auditor" and submitted directly bythe DOH Central Office to the COA Head Office on or before November 30, 2013. Thereport shall cover transactions from January lo2013 to November 15, 2013. A copy of thecertification is attached and an editable version can be downloaded later from the DOHintranet.
