focus in Africa

• Create a workable marketing plan to support Regional

Project

• Identify key Project Enablers within the region

• Fully engage in Regional Project Sales activities

• Showcase impact of regional Project

• Create a platform specifically to drive regional campaign

and position regional project

• Create and Manage resource centre to support entities in

implementing regional project

• Manage internal communication hub to support entities

with up-to-date happenings around the project

• # of entities using the regional project resource centre

• # of regional project progress report submitted to entities

and AI

• # of weekly activities on the regional campaign virtual

platform

• % of referral of external stakeholders through our virtual

platform

• Deliver Virtual Trainings to Piloting LCs for regional project

• Ensure GCDP LEAD delivery in all Regional and entity

projects

• Support LCs with key Enablers [NGOs] to support their

projects

• Facilitate physical/Virtual Trainings to LC in project content

creation

• # of trainings delivered to LCs

• # of entities implementing GCDEP LEAD Framework

• # of Enablers supporting LC based projects

• # of LCs implementing projects based on Regional project

implementation framework

Learning & Content Coordinator

recommendations

• # of customers responding to feedback tool

• # of recommendations implemented by entities

• # of entities fully implementing TN minimums

• % of relative growth in GCDP Realizations within and

outside the region

Customer Experience Coordinator

Role Duration: August – January (Can be Extended)

Report To: Regional Project Manager

• Work with OST to manager regional collaboration

• Create S&D tool for the region to enable entities easily

match their opportunities & EPs

• Support Entities in facilitating collaborations depending on

opportunity alignment with EP focused issues for specific

entities

• Support entities with Opportunity packaging and

KPI

• # of entity collaborations

• # of regional realization

• # of entities participating in regional campaigns

• % of relative growth in regional realizations

S&D Coordinator

Role Duration: August – January (Can be Extended)

Report To: Regional Project Manager

Work Hours: 10 Hours Per Week
