AERONDI is a start-up company, born to offer non-destructive services (NDT-NDI), mainly focused on Aerospace Industry.

Besides the main activity, consisting in Non-Destructive Inspections on structural and engine parts, made of metallic or composite materials, the company offers a wide range of Technical Support services in the Special Processes area other than in Testing Processes.

The Company owns from the start a strong technical knowledge, due to the synergic convergence of many subjects having multi-decades experience in the field.

To complete the offer, services of qualification and periodic verification on instrument, equipment and processes are given, within the scope of our activities.

Besides Aerospace UT processes, Aerondi has

developed a specialized UT inspection process

dedicated to Bearing Rings.

Fast inspection rate combined with high sensitivity

being the challange in this application, we are

now able to inspect cylindrical and tapered rings

up to 800 mm in diameter and 600 mm in height

with very good results in both quality and speed.

Aerondi has been qualified in 2016 by Schaeffler-

FAG for inspection of the very critical WPOS

products.

Control system for solid laminated parts based on TomoScan FOCUS LT, 16:128 instrumentation in Pulsing Receiver configuration. The scanning mechanics allow to inspect flat and curved parts, both concave and convex.

The specification AMS 2750 standards for the control of heat treatment facilities in the aerospace industry, is increasingly applied in other industrial sectors such as energy, while for the automotive industry the standard CQI-9 (AIAG) is increasingly used.

Both specifications describe the requirements for the equipment for thermal processes:• Temperature uniformity in
