Lan Hoang is the CEO and co-founder of Aeria Games, and brings over 10 years of experience in management and business development.
As a serial entrepreneur, Lan has invested in and co-founded several companies in various industries ranging from technology outsourcing,
trading to internet and mobile related businesses. Lan has extensive experience in the gaming sector, as a director of ActozSoft, a listed
game developer in Korea, and as an early investor and collaborator of Aeria Inc., a listed company in Japan, which founded Gamepot, a
major Japanese publisher, and other game and internet-related companies. He currently serves as a director for Corporate Finance
Partners Asia and Japan internet.com. Lan also has 7 years of experience as a corporate attorney specializing in restructuring, finance and
cross-border investments. .
Lan received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Stanford Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Houston.

JT Nguyen – COO
JT Nguyen is the COO of Aeria Games, overseeing the worldwide publishing operations of the company. JT has over 10 years of
experience working in both Fortune 500 companies as well as in Silicon Valley startups in the mobile, eCommerce, B2B, aerospace,
financial, and gaming industries. Prior to joining Aeria Games, JT held an operations strategy position at HSBC where he consulted with
the global business teams within the credit card division. At the start of his career, JT held hardware and software engineering positions at
Motorola and Bluedog, a startup company in Silicon Valley.
JT holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a
bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
Pascal Zuta – Managing Director, Europe
Dr. Pascal Zuta is the German Managing Director for Aeria Games Europe GmbH and oversees the European publishing division. Prior to
joining Aeria Games in summer 2009, Dr. Zuta was in charge of Corporate Development for Bertelsmann, Inc in San Francisco. He has
several years of experience in entrepreneurialism and leadership in the film and new media industry. In 2006 he founded bloomstreet.net –
a venture capital funded online social network. Simultaneously he was a producer and co-founder of Sanktuarium Filmproduction.
Dr. Zuta received his MBA at the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel and University of Berkeley in California. He also holds a
Doctor’s degree in media science from the Hochschule für Film und Fernsehen Konrad Wolff.

Paulo Fernandes is the COO of Aeria Games do Brasil, overseeing the Latin America publishing business. Paulo joined Aeria Games in
2010 and created the marketing, publishing and customer service operations from the ground up in São Paulo, Brazil. Prior to joining Aeria
Games, Paulo led the Latin America business unit at ATI, a world leader in computer and consumer electronics graphics and video
components, prior to being acquired by AMD. At AMD, he was a member of the local office executive team, leading a12-person group
responsible for generating $56M in revenue and growing market share from 5% to 38% in Latin America. Paulo also managed the sales
department of Olivetti Computers in Brazil and had held several key positions in marketing agencies and other technology companies
throughout his career.
Paulo holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with specialization in journalism and has several technology and business gaming
articles published in Brazil.
Vu Hoang is the CFO and co-founder of Aeria Games, and brings over years of experience in entrepreneurialism and leadership to the
company. As a serial entrepreneur, Vu has helped establish several companies in various industries. He is currently the CFO of SGO Inc.,
an import/export companies specializing in construction equipment trading. Vu also serves on the board of advisors for RubyCoins, a
company that specializes in secure in-game payment solutions for micro-transaction based games.
Vu holds bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Houston
Terry Ngo is the CTO and co-founder of Aeria Games and is responsible for all technology strategy and development in the company. Terry
has over 12 years of experience in scalable Internet applications in consumer, enterprise and mobile software in both startup and Fortune
500 companies. Prior to Aeria Games, he held a senior engineering position at Good Technology where he co-authored a patent in
maintaining current data for wireless devices. Terry held engineering management roles at Open Harbor, leading teams in providing
technical solutions and development of software-as-a-service (SAAS) for several multi-national companies.
Terry holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a dual bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and
Mathematics from Southern Methodist University.
