Experienced Nurse Faculty Leadership Academy (ENFLA) APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE APRIL 2016Experienced faculty with at least seven years of full-time employment in a faculty role are encouraged to apply for the ENFLA, a 12-month program that increases participants’ leadership acumen and further develops their skill sets to position them for success in a faculty leadership role. The curriculum includes two face-to-face leadership workshops, an individual leadership progression plan, and the design/management of a leadership project. Each leadership scholar is paired with a self-selected mentor and a senior faculty member, who will work collaboratively to accomplish their goals.
