Responsible for non-clinical operations including network development, special projects, reporting, community engagement, contract development and negotiation. .
• Developed and implemented all internal non-clinical operations including reporting structure, contract negotiations, contractual compliance, data sharing and consumption that impacted services for over 120,000 Medicaid lives.
• Drafted and negotiated all vendor contracts to include delegation of care coordination agreements with local Federally Qualified Health Centers, Kaiser Permanente, Denver Health and Centura Health at rates that are 20% lower than all other RCCO’s.

• Successfully re-negotiated contractual rates for additional services with delegated entities to rates lower than any other RCCO in the state and reduced anticipated delegation costs by $300,000.00 annually.
