Thai Basil Stir-FryA Thai favorite with a spicy kick for that extra oomph
Instructions
1. In a wok over high heat, fry chilies, shallots and garlic with cooking oil for 1 to 2 minutes, until softened and brown at the edges.
2. Add the Plant-based Mince and stir-fry for 2 minutes, breaking up the mince into small bits.
3. Add sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and vegetarian fish sauce. Stir-fry for another minute.
4. Lastly, stir in fresh basil leaves, and stir-fry until wilted.
5. Best served hot over white or brown rice.
