ACHIEVIEMENTS AT KISKO PRODUCTS SINCE JANUARY 2013 TILL PRESENT. 1. In June 2015 Kisko purchased finished goods from Damon Industries to sell it to one of the new customer; but Dynamics AX 2012 ERP system was giving error as we need to put it into the system’s inventory for shipment. The problem was with the scanning font used for the batch numbers that were not communicating with our ERP system and that became dilemma as to how this product could be entered into Dynamics AX system. I tried and reached to a solution and it worked for me successfully. New Item code was generated and a PO for receiving. New batches were created with mfg. and exp. dates. I received the product under the batches we created and assigned the location in the aisle. It was successfully shipped to the customer at the due date.

New batches were created with mfg. and exp. dates. I received the product under the batches we created

and assigned the location in the aisle. It was successfully shipped to the customer at the due

date.

2. Resolved and brought up internal discrepancies of variation in AX dynamics ERP system versus physical stock and find out reason for discrepancy and with a solution. This happens a lot.

3. Made effort and follow up with Chep Canada to get a credit for amounting $4773.12 as a difference of issue fees for US block orders that we received as substitution of Canadian Chep “Stringers” during May and June 2015.

4. For disposal of out dated finished goods that were sitting as Inventory and occupying valuable space in the warehouse. I

obtain quote and negotiated the rate and get $50 saving on each pallet and we disposed about 250 pallets of product. The total of saving was around $12500.

5. I created a comparison for our entire rebate and non-rebate items disposal materials, compared quantities and prices v/s actual invoice.

Through this comparison we find out that we are paying more towards trailer switches and for the service of 8 yard out side bin. Then we focused to manage it and improved the system and Kisko saved about $25000 in 2014 compare to the figures of 2013. And this benefit is a continuous benefit for ever.

6. In April 2014 I raised the issue for obsolete packaging inventory that was sitting as Inventory from a long time and we were paying inventory carrying cost for it for all those years. The President of the company Mr. Mark approved my recommendation for this disposal at the recommendation of supply chain manager. Finally in September 2014 all 87 Skids of different part id’s carton and film were disposed of through Green for Life.

7. Again in 2014 found and resolved discrepancies in the Invoices in the rebate items and get credit of $6000 from GFL.

8. In the beginning of 2014 season asked buyer to request all suppliers to provide two copies of Packing Slips/BOL as we were getting only one packing slip previously. This way we

saved a lot of paper cost and the time that we were spending on the copier.

9. I also manage and organize the disposal of the product with coordination of QC Manager.

10. Many other changes I made in different formats to gather information in a simpler way, easy to understand with good enough information that is essential.
