Page 2: Accounting software

To create inventory items:Click on Inventory button on home screen. This will open the next screen, input the required information and save item.

To create customers:Click on Customer button on your home screen

This will open customer entry form, input information and save the customer.

Customer statement and LedgerStatement and Ledger is under Customer option

To create vendors:Click on Vendor button on home screen.

Input the information on vendor entry form and save.

To create Purchase Order:Click on Purchase Order button on home screen.

After receiving item of order you have to receive that order, to do this click on Open button on Purchase Order form and search the order by entering that PO no. in box, select the order and click on OK button. This will open that purchase order in Purchase Order form. Click on Receive button.

Order:To create order for customer click on Order button and select Order option from menu

Receive Payments: To receive the payments of customers open the Receive Payment form

Select the customer and it will show you the list of orders of that customers, select the payment method and enter other information and select the orders.

Bill:Under Payment option you will find Bill menu. From Bill menu you can enter Bills.

Bill Payments:To enter the payments of bills you have the option under Payment.

Accounts List:To see the list of accounts select the List of Accounts menu from Register option.

Select the account and right click on it select the appropriate option

Reports:There are lots of reports, you can see them from Reports menu
