    This program expanded customer contact beyond the traditional in-person sales force with the introduction of new interaction channels. This included an inside sales channel where contact center agents would supplement the field sales force.     Whats more, the company chose to give the new inside sales chan-nel complete responsibility for one of its largest brands that was ap-proaching patent expiry. This freed up time so the field sales force
